We are an ethical and law-abiding partner for our employees and our clients. In the Phillippines we are an official and sertified partner of the governmental emigration office POEA. Through our network we also onboard people from other parts of Asia and from the EU.

We can take care of all the things you don’t have time to do: finding talent, preliminary interviews, testing if needed, training, medical checkouts, travel, accommodation, tax cards, bank accounts and work permit procedures both in Finland and in their home country.

We also make sure that people coming from a different culture understand the basics of Finnish culture and language to make the on-boarding easier for both parties. Our training partners, including universities and adult training centre in Finland make sure that the skills of our professionals match Finnish standards.

For young professionals we have also developed an apprenticeship contract -like training program which enables our clients to get workforce with skills specifically designed for their company’s needs. This process engages the new employees for years to the company and benefits greatly both the employee and the employer.
