How do we run a Direct Recruitment Campaign?

Our primary goal is to first of all make the experience as smooth as possible - All You have to do is interview great candidates that have been screened and pre-interviewed.


 

First we have to explain something that is unique to us

We noticed that some of the best people we've managed to find around the  world have come through our friends. In most countries we have extremely trusted friends that are the  crème de la crème of their profession

We call them 'Ambassadors'

They stay close to the pulse of their industry and are constantly in talks with great talents looking for new experiences. These talents are then funneled right into Your email for reviews and interviews.

STEP 1

We want to get to know Your company first

We wouldn't be worth our salt if we'd not interview You first of all - we want to know how Your company runs and what kind of people are running it. We sure do also want to know where You want to take Your company in the future, so that we can ready ourselves and the people that will be employed by You to fuel the change.

Our Ambassadors love details about Your company as they will only recommend jobs they know inside-out. They are after all, recommending You to their friends!

STEP 2

We create eye-catching and dazzling marketing material - about you!

Our marketing team in Finland creates beautiful, jaw-dropping advertisement that showcases Your company and its jobs in the best light possible. You can rest assured that the feel of Your brand will remain in all the materials the candidates get their hands on. Our Ambassadors also translate everything accurately to local languages and make sure the material is also according to local culture & norms - You wouldn't believe what a difference it really makes!

Step 3

We screen and We interview

In this step we will roll our sleeves up and start using some of that good ol' elbow grease. We will screen every candidate according to Your criteria, and perform either our own interviews or interviews specifically requested by You, and then compile the data and showcase the best candidates for You. Depending on Your choice of service level, we can also perform video interviews, and we do highly recommend them.

With video interviews, You can truly catch the personality of a candidate. A picture only tells a thousand words, a video, perhaps ~10.000 (?)

Final Step

Then You just INTERVIEW

At this point we already have contracted about all the essential components of our cooperation and we've been working around the clock to get the best possible people out there to want to join Your ranks.

The final step is the interview.

We will help You with setting the communications up and scheduling. We can also assist You on the questions we feel would be most important to probe out a candidate to a specific position. 

If (when) all goes well,You seal the deal with one or more of our candidates and congratulate Yourself for a good recruitment done!

FAQ

1. Do You have a more detailed depiction of the process You employ?
- Unfortunately no, every campaign is tailor-made, and the process we use is based on the client's needs - but basically the sky is the limit on what we can do.

2. Where can I find pricing for these services?
- The pricing of a direct recruitment campaign varies according to the profession. Sourcing a rockstar senior java developer involves exponentially more work than for instance finding a great carpenter for a construction company. Usually however we price according to the salary You would offer to the employee.

3. How much time does a direct recruitment campaign take from me or my team?
- From Your side the campaign shouldn't take more than 3-5 hours including our talks about Your company, getting to know the jobs You offer and Your review of the marketing material we will use. Then of course You have to set aside some time for the final interviews. All in all we will do the heavy lifting!
