We began our quest of sourcing motivated, talented programmers 3 years ago and have been working behind the scenes to establish a strong conduit between Asia and Finland ever since. Now that the Finnish government has set up a more viable timeframe for job permit applications for IT professionals, we firmly believe its time for us to launch.

It goes without saying that in IT the recruitment process is one of the longest, almost as long as for college professors. The IT entrepreneur has to remain smart and prudent when hiring, each new member of the team either adds to the skill pool or becomes an encumberance for the senior programmers. 

Thus we are never in a rush and have built a very open framework that allows for multiple interviews and free exchange of information. We also highly suggest to test the skills of our candidates and have partnered with a few companies that allow to perform various programming and problem-solving tests en masse. 

We have a very formidable back-end team that is able to consider candidates individually - we believe in human interaction, not automated sorting. Our partner network also takes care of background checks and cross-checks certifications/qualifications.

The Recruitment Process

How complicated is this? Extremely - Yet we have a very streamlined workflow. Let's quickly walk You through it:

INQUIRY>

The first step, we need only preliminary information at this point. From there we can start the matching process with our back-end.

2-4 working days pass

MATCHING>

We will inform You of the number of potential matches and contact You. If everything looks good we can start to elaborate the job requirements.

At this point we will go over Your additional needs for our services and shake hands - our contract will be formed and the journey begins.

INTERVIEWS>

After rigorous 2nd screening we will present the best possible candidates for You, usually ranging from at least 3 to 8 top choices. After the first interviews we can, if necessary, perform tests and have multiple rounds of interviews.

EMPLOYMENT/>

When You find the perfect person that rhymes with Your company's name and seems like Your new best friend, we will start preparing for his/her orientation, accommodation, travel and job permit (this is the tricky part that we handle).

 

Oh, did we mention we have also partnered with all the necessary government bureaus and officials to perform all the necessary paperwork for You?
