Your VERY first Video Resumé

Marius did it, And so can You!

Marius' video makes every single person we know smile

We sometimes watch his video at the start of our work week to remind us why we are working in the human resources industry - yes, it's that good! And with the help of a few cues, You can achieve something like it as well!

"Why Should I Film a Video Resumé?"

Filming a video resumé increases Your chances of getting hired immediately by one of our clients 8-10x. The impact of a document CV or resumé is incomparable with a video, as a video conveys who You truly are and the first droplets of interpersonal chemistry are in the air.

However there are a few premises:

I
Be Genuine
We cannot emphasize this enough - do not act or try to show an unrealistic view of yourself, just be You!

II
Smile!
Unless You're looking for a position as a bodyguard, please remember to step in on the video with a positive foot!
